JENNY PATE TUITION

I’m a qualified English teacher with a BA (Hons) in Italian from Lancaster University and the University of Florence. I spent almost a decade teaching English in Italy, first in Sicily and then in Milan working with adults, teenagers and children at every level.

I’ve taught professionals across banking, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and universities, as well as students preparing for exams or adapting to life in an English-speaking environment. My approach is practical and encouraging, focused on the English you actually need for work, study and everyday life. I teach in English to build confidence quickly, while my knowledge of Italian helps learners progress with clarity and ease.

Since 2022, I’ve also supported Ukrainian families in the UK, helping both children and adults develop essential “language survival skills” to settle confidently into life here.
